Service and limitations

Confirm current requirements directly with the servicer.
Packet options and price
The Basic Submission Packet is listed at $97 USD one-time. The Complete Protection & Escrow Packet is listed at $197 USD one-time. These are tax-exclusive base prices. Tax-exclusive base price. Applicable state/local tax is calculated and itemized by hosted checkout when supported by the configured payment setup.
Payment is due after the intake review is confirmed and before the packet is released. After verified payment, packet availability and delivery status are shown through the existing paid fulfillment flow; processing timing can vary.
Refund terms
A 100% refund is available only when a technical processing error prevents packet generation or download and remains unresolved after 1 business day, or when cancellation is requested before intake processing. Refunds are not available after the packet has been generated, downloaded, or viewed, for servicer denial, or because either party cancels the purchase contract.
Current purchase availability
New intake and packet purchases are temporarily paused. A checkout request will be rejected while the pause is active. Publishing this draft does not change that pause or any separate Dashboard or compliance status.
Owner review still required
This draft does not set governing law, dispute procedures, warranties, service-level commitments, or other final contract terms. The owner must provide or approve those terms and confirm the full purchase and cancellation process before enabling purchases.
